Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of:

  • Product quality issues

  • Damage during shipping

  • Customs detention

In such cases, we guarantee a 100% refund.

Refund Process

If your product qualifies for a refund, please contact us at cyggl2025@gmail.com with supporting evidence (e.g., photo or tracking details). Once verified:

  • You will receive an email confirming approval

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information

  • Covering return shipping costs (if applicable)

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not available for orders marked as “Delivered” unless supporting photo evidence is provided

  • Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable

  • For wholesale or bulk purchases, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
