We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is canceled in time, you’ll receive a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of:
Product quality issues
Damage during shipping
Customs detention
In such cases, we guarantee a 100% refund.
Refund Process
If your product qualifies for a refund, please contact us at cyggl2025@gmail.com with supporting evidence (e.g., photo or tracking details). Once verified:
You will receive an email confirming approval
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Covering return shipping costs (if applicable)
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.
Important Notes
Refunds are not available for orders marked as “Delivered” unless supporting photo evidence is provided
Digital/downloadable products are non-refundable
For wholesale or bulk purchases, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis
